The face behind the foundation..

Crystal J Mateman is a passionate entrepreneur, faith-driven leader, speaker, and community changemaker dedicated to empowering women and youth through purpose-led impact. She is the founder of Crystal Klear, an online women’s clothing brand designed to inspire confidence, self-expression, and style for women of all sizes and backgrounds. She is also the founder of a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) focused on youth and women empowerment through development programs and community upliftment initiatives.

Driven by a heart to serve, Crystal creates platforms that restore dignity, rebuild self-esteem, and help individuals embrace their identity with boldness and purpose. Her work is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins when people are given clarity, opportunity, and support to grow.
